All the parameters should be exactly the same as the PTZ camera parameters.
‒
For the connected Coaxitron camera/dome, you can select the PTZ protocol to UTC (Coaxitron).
Make sure the protocol selected here is supported by the connected camera/dome.
‒
When the Coaxitron protocol is selected, all the other parameters like the baud rate, data bit,
stop bit, parity and flow control are not configurable.

(Optional) Click the <Copy> button to copy the settings to the other channels. Select the
channels you want to copy the parameters to and click <OK> to return to the <PTZ Parameters
Settings> interface.

Click <OK> to save the settings.

(Optional) Check the checkbox of <Enable Omnicast Control> to enable the PTZ control of the
selected camera via Omnicast VMS of Genetec.
4.2 Setting PTZ Presets, Patrols and Patterns
Before you start
Please make sure that the presets, patrols and patterns should be supported by PTZ protocols.
4.2.1 Customizing Presets
Follow the steps to set the Preset location which you want the PTZ camera to point to when an
event takes place.
