Steps:
1.
Verify that the cable between the pickup and the camera is connected well; impedance
matches and compatible.
2.
Verify that the setting parameters are correct.
Select
Menu > Record > Parameters > Record
and set the Stream Type as <Audio & Video>.
3.
Check if the fault is solved by following the above steps.
If it is solved, finish the process.
If not, please contact the engineer from our company to continue the process.
The image gets stuck when the DVR is playing back by single or multi-channel cameras.
Possible Reasons:

The frame rate is not the real-time frame rate.
—
The DVR supports up to 16-channel synchronized playback at the resolution of 4CIF, if you
want a 16-channel synchronize playback at the resolution of 720p, the frame extracting
may occur, which leads to a slight stuck.
Steps:
1.
Verify that the frame rate is a real-time frame rate.
Select
Menu > Record > Parameters > Record
and set the <Frame Rate> to < Full Frame>.
2.
Verify that the hardware can afford the playback.
Reduce the channel number of the playback.
Select
Menu > Record > Encoding > Record
and set the resolution and the bitrate to a lower
level.
3.
Reduce the number of local playback channels.
Select
Menu > Playback
and uncheck the checkbox of unnecessary channels.
4.
Check if the fault is solved by following the above steps.
If it is solved, finish the process.
If not, please contact the engineer from our company to continue the process.
No record file is found on the device local HDD and the prompt “No record file found” pops up
when you search the record files.
Possible Reasons:

The time setting of the system is incorrect.

The search condition is incorrect.
—
The HDD has an error or is not detected.
