192.Remove hydraulic hoses from old GX15 noting color coding
and attachment points
193.Reattach to new GX15 gun

196.Close accumulator bleed valve
197.Remove main disconnect lock out and main power
198.Perform an Auto Start from complete shutdown
199.While system is dispensing properly, access Maintenance

200.Touch Autofill Off for both the Pre Poly Tank and Curative
Tanks
201.Touch Enable Empty Cycle – this allows tanks to be depleted
to the 30% level point before system will stop
202.System will not allow operator to dispense material after one
of the tanks reaches the 30% level
203.Auto shut down the system
204.Close inlet air ball valve and lockout
205.Relieve buffer tanks of pressure
206.Close Buffer tank Outlet ball valves
207.Place 5 gallon container under center of Buffer tanks
208.Remove pipe plug in bottom of tanks
209.Open Buffer tank Outlet ball valves a gradually fill container
210.Repeat until material has been emptied
