72. Touch alarm banner on PV to acknowledge fault
73. Close and Lock out inlet air ball valve
74. Open air ball valve on top of Curative Buffer tank
75. Close Curative Buffer tank outlet valve
76. Drain pressure in curative line by drain valve in front of
machine
77. Turn valves CW to close Remote Coupling Block
78. Remove o-ring plug to access curative orifice
79. Remove orifice/filter in mixing chamber with hex key
80. Replace o-ring plug
81. Open valves (CCW) on coupling block
82. Open Curative Buffer tank outlet valve
83. Close air ball valve on top of Curative Buffer tank
84. Open inlet air ball valve
85. Access Flow Control screen via Maintenance Menu on PV
86. Put system from Auto Flow control to Manual
87. Start Curative motor and recirculate for 5 min
88. Shut Curative pump off, depressurize system, close coupling
block and remove side plug to insert orifice
89. Replace orifice/filter with new (Torque orifice to 40 in/lbs.)
NOTE: Care should be taken not to introduce foreign material or
chemical into chamber or orifice.
90. Replace o-ring plug
91. Open valves (CCW) on coupling block
92. Open Curative Buffer tank outlet valve
