243.Relieve pressure by turning valve CCW and verify
pressure is 0 psi
244.Close valves on Coupling block
245.Remove SHCS holding the two halves of remote
coupling block together
246.Replace gun, 3’ chemical hoses, and half of coupling
block
247.Open valves on coupling block
248.Start chemical pumps and recirculate chemical
249.Remove hydraulic hoses attached to Dispensing gun
250.Reattach hydraulic hoses to new Dispensing gun
251.Turn hydraulic power unit on
252.Turn pumps on
253.Verify leak free
