171.Purge air from lines by opening the drain valve in front of
machine into appropriate container

173.Proceed with Auto Startup from Complete Shut Down
174.Perform an Auto Shut Down
175.Lock out main disconnect
176.Open accumulator bleed valve to remove any residual
pressure
177.Turn lid of filter assembly CCW to open
178.Remove filter element and replace with new
179.Reinstall lid
180.Close accumulator bleed valve
181.Remove main disconnect lock out and main power

188.Disconnect the two halves of Remote Coupling Block by
removing two SHCS
189.Remove and replace gaskets (4) on coupling block

190.Reattach new GX15 with new 3’ chemical hoses and coupling
