Recirculation Valve
Pneumatically operated bypass valves transfer flow from the outlet of the
pre-heaters to the recirculation loop and directly back to the buffer tank
thus bypassing recirculation through the gun. This allows operation of the
pumps at reduced pressures for start-up and temperature conditioning.
Operation This valve is automatically opened during Normal operation. It may also
be manually opened at the Flow Control Screen.
An interlock will prevent gun operation unless this valve is closed.
Maintenance Wear resistant metal-to-metal seat valve requires no normal operating
maintenance.
