Pag. 51/60
START
The START input is used to start positioning from the outside in the same way as the
START key in the front panel.
Connect a N.O. contact between the START input and COM+.
STOP
The STOP input is used to interrupt either positioning or the operation in progress from the
outside. It operates in the same way as the STOP key in the front panel, with the
difference that, when used, the position controller is set in manual operation mode.
Connect a N.C. contact between the STOP input and COM+.
)
FOR SAFETY REASONS, THE INSTRUMENT DOES NOT PROCESS ANY
PRESSED KEY, UNLESS THE STOP INPUT IS CLOSED.
INCREASE CYCLE
The INCREASE CYCLE input is used to count the programmed repetitions when the
desired position is reached.
In semi-automatic operation, a repetition is counted at any closure of the input and, at the
end of the counting, the positioning is considered as concluded. If repetitions are not
programmed (single repetition), counting continues at every closure of the input.
In automatic operation, a repetition is counted at any closure of the input and, at the end of
the counting, positioning of the next cycle will be executed, until the end of the program.
If repetitions are not programmed (single repetition), counting ends at the first closure of
the input.
Connect a N.O. contact between the INC.C input and COM+.
AUXILIARY IN1
AUXILIARY input IN1 is used for special applications.
Connect a N.O. contact between the AUX.1 input and COM+.
AUXILIARY IN2
AUXILIARY input IN2 is used for special applications.
Connect a N.O. contact between the AUX.2 input and COM+.
AUXILIARY IN3
AUXILIARY input IN3 is used for special applications.
Connect a N.O. contact between the AUX.3 input and COM+.
DEVIATION X / Y
The DEVIATION input is used to move the position of the axis reached by the value set in
the configuration parameters (see parameter 15). The shift occurs after the period of time
programmed in the configuration parameters (see parameter 16) and only if enabled by
the DEVIATION key in the front panel (the key led will be on).
During the axis movement, the OK POSITION output remains activated. The return to the
previous position occurs at the closure of the INCREASE CYCLE input, which has the
priority over the DEVIATION. In fact, the return to the position can occur even if the
deviation has not been completed.
Connect a N.O. contact between the DEV input and the COM+ of the concerned axis.
