5. Reconnect the pump tubing to the Y-fitting.
6. Follow the piece of tubing with the obstruction (the one with the slower flow) around the
pump and up to the green restrictor tubing. Disconnect the restrictor tubing from the
sample pump tubing.
7. Attach the water bottle to the green restrictor tubing, using a small length of tubing as a
connector (see Figure 42).
