ATTENTION
For maintenance of the membrane pump, refer to the
relevant instructions manual.
It is recommended that maintenance operations on
the pump, distributor and systems are carried out by
persons with precise technical knowledge, skilled
technicians you may find in our sales network.
12.3.5 HYDRAULIC STIRRERS
Periodically check the wear and cleaning conditions of
stirrers (1) inside the tank.

Check the clearance between the bearings and the pin
(3) once a year. Replace with GENUINE SPARE PARTS if
required.
Regularly grease the sliding pipe (4) with a brush making
the pipe (5) slide forward-backward multiple times
12.4 EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
IT is recommended to carry out a general inspection of the
machine at the end of the season (with intensive use) or
every two years (with normal use), to be performed with a
skilled technician of the Manufacturer's Service network.
This frequency may be modified (tighter servicing) if the
machine has professional use; it is obligatory to refer to
the scheduled maintenance table on page 108.
We would also like to remind you of the official inspection
at an authorised centre with frequency set forth by the law
in force in the
country.
In this connection, extraordinary maintenance must
ensure the following base components are checked:
• Lubricant oil wear in the various components (pump,
multipliers, hydraulic system).
• Pump membrane wear.
• Pressure gauge precision.
•
Nozzle wear.
• Check hub play, steering drawbar.
•
Check the wear condition of filter cartridges of any
type.
•
Check seal and absence of leaks from fittings, pipes,
cocks, dripless caps, sundry accessories.
