3.5.5.1 Call forwarding in the device

• The device connects the calling subscriber with an internal or external subscriber you

have specified.

• Call forwarding between the subscribers is possible in the call assignment.

• Internal call forwarding is always switched in the device. The device automatically detects

whether the call destination is internal or external. In the case of external destinations, a
B-channel of the ISDN connection is always used.

• The call on the terminal that set up call forwarding for the telephone number (MSN or

PBX  extension) is forwarded. Other terminals that have the same call alloca-
tion continue to be called.

3.5.5.2 Call forwarding in the exchange

If you use e.g. T-Net-Box, call forwarding must be carried out directly in the exchange.

Call forwarding on the PBX connection

If call forwarding is set up by a subscriber and this can be carried out by the exchange, all
other device subscribers can continue to be called.

Call forwarding on the point-to-multipoint connection

If a user has set up call forwarding for an MSN and this can be carried out by the ex-
change, the other extensions in the call sharing will not be called for this MSN.

Note

Existing call forwarding (CF) should be deleted before new call forwarding settings are
made. Two call forwarding options can be switched simultaneously. For example CF if
telephone number 12345 does not respond and CF if telephone number 45677 is
busy.

not signalled and is instead immediately forwarded to the external number. If the call for-
warding is set up for
