The menu PBX -> Internal Phone Book -> Phone Book Entries -> New consists of the
following fields:

Field
Description
Name
Enter the name of the subscriber to be added to the Internal
Phone Book.
Telephone number
Enter the telephone number to be saved alongside the sub-
scriber name in the Internal Phone Book.
Speeddial number
You can enter a speed-dial number for the subscriber here.
Call Through
Select whether the telephone number is to be approved for the
Call Through function (see
Call Through
on page 323). If a
telephone number is approved for this, and the caller uses this
number for the Call Through functions, the caller's authorisa-
tion to use the function is checked against the phonebook re-
cord.
The function is activated by choosing
