For example, the entry
would block all connections to expensive service providers.
With the up to 30 entries in the whitelist, the restrictions on the blacklist entries can be lifted
in some cases. If, for example,
+
is entered in the whitelist, these telephone
numbers can be dialled, even though the blacklist blocks all
numbers.
If two identical telephone numbers (same digit sequence and same number of digits) are
entered in the blacklist and whitelist, dialling of the number is blocked.
If a prefix number of another network provider is dialled before a telephone number blocked
in the blacklist, automatic route selection is not applied.
The whitelist enables subscribers who do not have external line access authorisation to
make external calls.
In the blacklist, enter the telephone numbers or prefixes that are not permitted.
Forwarding calls during call signalling (call deflection)
Note
This function is not possible with SIP telephones.
You can use this performance feature on telephones that support this function (see user's
guide for terminals). This performance feature allows you to forward calls while they are be-
ing signalled. You do not have to take the call and speak to the subscriber. If you forward a
call to an external subscriber, you bear any connection costs from your connection to the
destination of the forwarded call.
Forwarding calls to external subscribers
If a subscriber is called, call deflection to internal and external subscribers is possible.
If the performance feature has been requested and is set up in the exchange, call forward-
ing can also take place in the exchange.
