Boiler Addressing:
In order to communicate to the ModSync® correctly
the boilers will need to be addressed correctly at their local control. The
ModSync® is always address 1 so each boilers address will be boiler
number plus 1. Reference chart below.

Honeywell SOLA Control Setup
Modbus Communication to a SOLA Display
The SOLA base only communicates via a baud rate of 38400 and the ModSync®
only communicates at a baud rate of 19200 to the boilers. The SOLA Display will
typically be wired from MB1 on the SOLA Base to COM 1 on the SOLA Display.
***Please note that this can vary with the job and application. Verify the
communication wiring before proceeding.
The back center of the SOLA Display will
contain the connections for the Modbus
networks COM1 and COM2.
COM 2 will most commonly be used in
these setups for the ModSync® connection.
