Hardware Configuration
The Hardware Configuration screens allows the user to manually configure
digital and analog inputs and outputs. Most Optional Functions selected on
the configuration screen will need to have their Input/Output configured or the
ModSync® will not know the correct hardware points to use.

Digital Outputs:
All digital outputs need to be configured for the options
desired before the output will operate. Only options that have been
enabled will be selectable along with some preconfigured default options.
All digital outputs are 24VDC and relays should be used to buffer the
control signals.

Boiler # Isolation Valve:
Configures the output as an isolation valve
for the selected boiler. This will be a normally closed or normally
open output based on a user selection on the isolation valve
configuration screen. This selection will only be available if isolation
valves have been enabled.

Boiler # Circulation Pump:
Configures the output as a boiler
circulation pump for the selected boiler. This will be a normally
closed or normally open output based on a user selection on the
pump configuration screen. This selection will only be available if
boiler circulation pumps have been enabled.

Boiler # Alarm:
Configures the output as an alarm output for the
selected boiler. The output will enable whenever an alarm for the
corresponding boiler occurs.

General Alarm:
Configures the output as the general alarm. The
output will enable whenever any alarm condition occurs.

Boiler # Status:
Configures the output as a boiler status output. The
output will enable whenever the corresponding boiler is running.
