Setting the activities
Driving duration (automatic during
cruise)

tion for the 2nd driver during cruise)

Activity can be set only when the vehicle
is in parking position
1. For the driver driving the vehicle, press
1st driver activity button;
2. Press the button until desired
activity (1) is displayed on the display.
Approximately 5 seconds later the previ-
ous indicator is displayed
3. For the assistant driver, press 2nd
driver activity button;

Definitely set the activity at the end of the
shift or during a break. This way, it is
ensured that VDO Counter makes * reli-
able calculations.
► Automatic setting upon ignition on/off *
DTCO 1381 tachograph can switch to a de-
fined activity after the ignition is turned on/off,
for example
After the ignition is turned on or off, the
automatically changing event (1) and/or (2) is
displayed on standard indicator (a) and flashed
for approximately 5 seconds. Then the previ-
ous indicator is displayed.
