Annotating images
General
This section describes how to save additional information to an infrared image by
using annotations.
The reason for using annotations is to make reporting and post-processing more
efficient by providing essential information about the image, such as conditions,
photos, information about where an image is taken, and so on.
The sections below describe how to add various kinds of annotations, but for even
higher work efficiency you should consider setting up the camera to automatically
ask for annotations. For information on how to do this, see section 22.2.2 – Changing
settings for image saving on page 134.
