Changing image enhancement filters
General
Image enhancement filters have an effect on adjustment and enhancement of the
infrared images.
The most suitable filter for a certain application depends on many different factors,
such as target temperature and emissivity, reflected apparent temperature, distance
to target, etc. You will need to test different filters in order to find one that suits your
application the best.
Procedure
Follow this procedure to change settings for image enhancement filters:
To go to the mode selector, push the
button to the right of the joystick.

In the mode selector, select
Setup
and push the joystick.

In the toolbox, select
Image enhancement
and push the joystick.

To change the level of noise reduction, select
Noise reduction
and push
the joystick.
4
To confirm and leave the dialog box, push the
button.
