32 Mode to Disable all Stacks with an option to Power-Off/Power-On Single (U)SIM

40 Mode to start/stop net forced idle mode
mode(Automatic or Manual). If Manual, this command will trigger attach in manual
mode without providing a PLMN. The last selection mode(Automatic or Manual modes)
will be maintained in NVM as part of AT+COPS command.

1 Reset MT before setting it to <fun> power level

0 Sim is switched OFF.
