Parameters
<cid>
A numeric parameter that specifies a particular PDP context definition.
The value is from 0 to 29
For <cid> refer to defined values under +CGDCONT command.
<precedence>
A numeric parameter that specifies the precedence class, the value
is from 0 to 3.
<delay> A numeric parameter that specifies the delay class, the value if from 0 to 4.
