<cid>
A numeric parameter which specifies a particular PDP context definition (see
+CGDCONT and +CGDSCONT commands).
<Traffic class>
A numeric parameter that indicates the type of application for which
the UMTS bearer service is optimised.

<Maximum bit rate UL>
A numeric parameter that indicates the maximum number of
kbits/s delivered to UMTS (up-link traffic) at a SAP. As an example a bit rate of 32 kbit/s
would be specified as ‘32’ (e.g. +CGEQNEG:…,32, …) (refer TS 24.008 subclause
10.5.6.5).
<Maximum bit rate DL>
A numeric parameter that indicates the maximum number of
