The power is supplied to the components by the system supply.
The bus node enables connection to a higher-level controller. The input data, output data, parameters
and diagnostic information are transmitted to the higher-level controller via the bus node.
Fixed module numbers are assigned to the energy efficiency module and the bus node.

The CPX extension series 1 connection of the MSE6-C2M-...-M enables extension of the electrical
system

Electrical system extension CPX-Extension
The product variant MSE6-C2M-…-M enables connection of the following devices with a CPX extension
series 2 interface via the CPX-Extension series 1 interface:
–
1 energy efficiency module MSE6-D2M or
–
up to a maximum of 3 digital and/or analogue CPX input and output modules
The modules connected to the CPX-Extension series 1 interface form an overall system with the
MSE6-C2M-...-M and have a consecutive module number, starting with module number 2.
