4.1.2 Address assignment of the valve terminal
The address assignment of the outputs of a multifunctional
valve terminal depends on the equipment fitted on the valve
terminal. A distinction is made between the following equip-
ment fitted:
– valves and digital I/O modules.
– only valves.
– only digital I/O modules.
The basic rules described below apply to the address assign-
ment of these fitting variants. A detailed example is given
after each of these basic rules.
Please note
If two addresses are assigned for one valve location, the
following assignment applies:
– lower-value address: pilot solenoid 14
– higher-value address: pilot solenoid 12

for type 04-B.
