Device data base (GSD)
The attached CD ROM contains the Device data base (GSD)
with the specific, standardized device master data for the
valve terminal. The standard Device data base is called:
File: VI03FB13.GSE
Further information (directories, etc.) can be found in the
“readme” file in the main directory of the CD ROM.
In addition to slave-typical entries (Ident. number, Revision,
etc.), the Device data base also contains a selection of ident-
ifiers. These identifiers are arranged in 7 main groups:
1. Digital inputs of the valve terminal (inc. 4 status bits)
2. Digital outputs of the valve terminal (pneumatic manifolds
and electrical outputs)
3. Digital AS-i inputs
4. Digital AS-i outputs
5. Analog inputs
6. Analog outputs
7. AS-i parametrization
Enter the identifiers in the specified sequence.
Please note
You can configure max. 7 identifiers. Individual identifiers
must correspond to the existing valve terminal structure.
– Additional inputs/outputs as reserve are not permitted.
– If identifiers for specific modules are not used, enter the
next identifier.
