The temperature of the process air exceeded the limit settings three times within 30 minutes.
See alarm „TEMPERATURE TOO HIGH“ on
page 78.
Fault remedy according instructions for
„TEMPERATURE TOO HIGH“ on page 78.
This fault cannot be eliminated before
is pressed to switch off the drying process and
the temperature is lowered to the set point.
The hopper loading is activated but the hopper is not full within the limit settings
or the allowed suction attempts.
No material at the material source.
Make sure that material is available.
Loading hose is not properly connected.
Re-connect and seal the hose.
The suction wand or the hose is blocked.
Remove blockage and clean.
Material flow is too low.
Re-adjust the suction wand for ideal air flow.
Compressed air is not enough (venturi type).
Ensure that hose and fittings are correctly
sized; check compressed air pressure and
flow.
Alarm time is set too short (venturi type).
Extend the alarm time (see SYSTEMS
MANUAL CARD G FIT).
The proximity switch [2B10] for venturi loader
does not switch on.
Check 24V DC is available on the terminal
xP4 (see wiring diagram) and insure voltage
available.
Check if the switch LED is working (move
your hand close to the switch). Check if the
signal is detected by the FIT-controller
(parameter S
IGNAL
L
OADING
in chapter 17.2.2
on page 46). Re-connect or replace the
switch if necessary.
Put a bridge between the pins 2 und 3 on the
terminal xP4 (see wiring diagram) and check
the function of the FIT controller. Check
jumper settings on FIT-board or replace the
FIT if necessary.
The solenoid valve for venturi hopper loader
does not open.
Check 24V DC is available on the terminal
xP6 (see wiring diagram) and on the valve.
Re-connect or replace the valve if needed.
