This chapter refers to parameters for a hopper loader of both types (venturi and vacuum loaders)
as well as standard and blending unit. The hopper loader equipment must be connected to the

CARD G FIT unit to allow its operation through the FIT-controller. Furthermore, the control of a
pneumatic slide can be activated herein.

The values AJ, HL, AJX, HLX or SLD can be selected in this parameter.
Choose AJ for venturi type loaders to convey from one material bin, AJX for venturi type loaders to
convey and mix two different materials, HL for vacuum type loaders to convey from one material bin and
HLX for vacuum type loaders to convey and mix two different materials. FIT will control the loading
equipment if they are connected to the appropriate plugs on the CARD G FIT unit.
If SLD is selected, a pneumatic slide to unload the drying hopper is opened for a certain time (can be
adjusted by the operator) as soon as a signal from a proximity switch or similar device is detected.
Related parameters become uncovered or hidden depending on the selection.
