250 values may be recorded as a maximum until the oldest value is overwritten. The sample rate
is factory-set to 30 seconds which results in a drying characteristic over 125 minutes. The sample
rate may be changed by the operator (see chapter 17.10.3 on page 72). The data of the drying
process are additionally recorded in the FIT-controller which can be accessed at any time (see
chapter 17.3 on page 48).
The lowest part of the display is shown in all screens and informs about current date and time
and about the CARD G FIT type detected by the FIT-controller.
The CARD G FIT type is automatically detected by the FIT-controller. In case of
a faulty identification, the correct type needs to be adjusted manually (see
chapter 17.10.3 on page 72).
Drying process data are displayed in the lower middle part of the screen. Values of S
LEEP
- and
R
AMP
-M
ODE

optional dew point meter is mounted in the CARD G FIT and the dew point measurement is
activated in the S

Recipes from the integrated database of the FIT-controller can be loaded from the operator
(menu R
ECIPES
) to define the drying program. The name of the recipe is thereby shown in the top
line. The hint N

R

will appear if no recipe is chosen from the database in the FIT-controller,
or the data of a loaded recipe has been altered in the menu D
RYING
P
ARAMETERS
.
Once the process air temperature has been reached the set point within the alarm limits after
activating the drying process, the expiring timer is indicated by a red flashing line. Depending on
the active timer, the set value in the middle part of the upper display appears in a different color.
