CONTINUITY CHECK
Prior to continuity check, turn the key switch to its position “OFF”, and set the direction selector
to its FWD/REV. Use insulated wrench to remove BL + from battery, thus disconnect the power
supply to the vehicle.
In case the solenoid fails to work, check the continuity of the pedal microswitch, FWD/REV, towing
switch, solenoid, key switch, and 4-pin connector of the accelerator continuity.
Prior to disconnecting B + from battery for powering off, turn the key switch to its position “OFF”, and set
the direction selector to its FWD/REV. Always use insulated wrenches when working on batteries. To
check for continuity, set the DVOM to the
Ω
setting and select 'Continuity'. When the voltage ohmmeter
detects continuity, it will give a audible signal; in case the voltage ohmmeter has no continuity setting,
just set the ohmmeter to its position
Ω
, and the ohmmeter will display “0” once continuity is detected.
