. The Port Address screen appears. The Port Address screen
allows you to view, but not change, the 24-bit hexadecimal Port Address
Identifier for the library:

indicates that the address is a hexadecimal number.
nnnn is the 16-bit N_Port Identifier (fabric address).
pp is the AL_PA for the library port.
3. 3. 3. 3. Press the down arrow key until the Loop IDs screen appears. The Loop ID
screen allows you to view, but not change, the current Loop IDs for the
library and tape drives.
The second line of the Loop IDs screen may include one of the codes listed
in Table 5-1 instead of a Loop ID.
4. 4. 4. 4. Press the down arrow key until the World-Wide Names screen appears. The
World Wide Names screen allows you to view, but not change, the world
wide names (WWN) for the library and each tape drive.

to display the first world-wide name. The library and each tape
drive have three world-world wide names. The first world-wide name is for
the Node; the second world-wide name is for Port A; the third world-wide
name is for Port B.
Note: Although a world-wide name is listed for Port B, this port in not used
and is not accessible.
The first line of the screen identifies the world-wide name being displayed
(Node or Port A); the second line shows the hexadecimal value for the
WWN.
6. 6. 6. 6. Use the up and down arrow keys to scroll through the remaining
world-wide names for the library and tape drives.
