Both on the flow pipe and the suction pipe avoid excessive curves in order to prevent bottlenecks in the pipe itself. In the
point most suitable for the injection of the product to be dispensed, apply a 3/8" fitting or a ½" female gas thread on the
conduct of the plant to be treated. This fitting is not supplied. Screw the injection valve to the "gasket fitting" using PTFE tape,
see Fig 7. Connect the tube to the conical injection valve and secure it with the locking ring (4). The injection valve is also a
non-return valve.

Installation Kit
The following is supplied with the pump:
•
4 m of PVC flexible transparent suction tube
•
2 m semi-rigid polyethylene opaque delivery hose
•
n. 1 3/8 "- ½" BSP injection valve
•
n. 1 bottom filter
•
n. 1 set of instructions
Priming Function
In order to facilitate the priming the pump is equipped with PRIMING function. It’s recommended to open the bleed air
by-pass on pump head (for pumps with it) during priming. The air bleed nipple must always be connected with the return
hose to the suction tank.
The activation of this function can occur at any operating menu in the following way:
•
Press and hold START/STOP button
•
After about 3 seconds the pump starts delivering injections at the priming frequency of 150 imp/min, as long as
the operator does not release the START / STOP button. When you press the button the following screen
appears on the display:
•
Once you release the button, the pump stops 10 sec. countdown starts. At the end the pump switches back to
the previous operating mode, in stand-by condition. Pressing the START / STOP button the pump goes in
running mode.

During the countdown pressing and holding down START/STOP the pump starts to give injections to reach the
right dosing condiction to existing system pressure. We recommend that you use this procedure to return the
pump in optimal working condition especially if it operates at any proportional mode. During this phase, you
should close of the bleed valve on the pump body. Once you release the button, the pump will return to stand-
by mode.

The PRIMING function can be utilized when the pump PASSCODE is activated. To do this press and hold the
START/STOP button, after 3 seconds the pump starts injecting at the priming frequency (150 strokes/min)
until you release the START/STOP button. At the end of the sequence the pump will go back to the previous
mode. You will need to enter the password that you have previously used to get access the different menus.
