MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Prior to all maintenance work and care the device must be discon-
nected from the mains (pull out plug!)
The device is largely maintenance-free!
8.1 FUSE REPLACEMENT
In case of fluctuations in the mains supply or if the device is overloaded a
fuse will blow. After a malfunction the fuse must be replaced.
If a fuse should blow, it is only allowed to be replaced once, if the fuse
blows again after its replacement, please send the device to your nearest
ELABO service centre of contact the ELABO hot line (++ 49 7951/307-202).
Only use the type of fuse stated!
Work inside the device only may be executed by an electric quali-
fied employee.
On working inside the device it is imperative the tester is discon-
nected from the mains (pull out plug!) !
Mains fuse.
The fuse is on the rear of the device under the mains connector in a holder
(F1).
The holder is to be pulled out and the fuse replaced. In the holder there
is space for a replacement fuse.
Fuse type:
T 3,2 A/250 V
8.2 CARING FOR THE HOUSING
To clean the housing only use a clean, dry, fluff-free cloth.
Do not clean the unit with cleaning agent or water at any time.
8.3 CARING FOR THE TOUCHSCREEN DISPLAY
A clean, slightly moist, fluff-free cloth is the most suitable means of cleaning
the touchscreen display. Do not use any cleaning agent of other chemicals
for cleaning.
