7. ACCESSORIES (Option)
7.2 WARNING LIGHTS 94-2C / F9-1A
In the case of test voltages over 1000 V the HV device must be equipped
with a warning lamp set (red and green lamps). See DIN VDE 0104.
Before connecting the warning lamps the tester has to be discon-
nected from the power supply (Pull out plug!) !
The warning lamps are connected to the rear of the tester via the socket
(X6).
7.3 TEST PROBES 94-2A
The high voltage tester can be equipped with 2 safety test probes for
manual testing.
Attention high voltage, flashover:
The contact elements used for the
HV test (test probes, connection boxes etc.) must be designed for the
maximum voltage supplied by the HV device.
When working with the test probe extreme caution and attention
must be exercised. If the test probes are used negligently or care-
lessly, there is MORTAL DANGER DUE TO THE HIGH VOLTAGE!
The high-voltage tester has to be disconnected from the mains
(pull plug) before connecting the test probes!
Follow all safety instructions and warnings!
The test probes are connected to the sockets on the rear of the device
