2
Disconnect the fan power connector.
3
Remove the shield M4 screw and the filter cotton.
4
Remove the M4 Phillips screw of the fan mounting plate and take it out.
5
Replace the fan with a new one, connect the cables and fix the mounting plate.
4.6 Replace the Battery
This section will introduce the replacement of the battery of the robot body encoder.
The home position data of each axis of the robot is saved by the encoder battery.
After the battery is replaced, the battery should be replaced in time if the time reaches
2 years or the cumulative downtime exceeds 7860 hours (whichever is shorter). The
process is as follows:
1. Replace the encoder battery when the robot is powered on: adjust the robot to
run to a safe position, record the robot position, photograph the emergency stop of the
robot, turn off the fixture, hydraulic source and air pressure source connected to the
robot, restart the robot after the replacement, and confirm whether the home position is
missing.
2. Replace the encoder battery when the robot is powered off: adjust the robot to
run to the mechanical zero position (the robot cannot run to the mechanical zero
position, but the robot can run to a safe position and record the robot position), power
off, and close the fixture that is connected to the robot, the hydraulic source and air
pressure source. After the replacement, the robot will re-record the mechanical zero
position.
3. The robot uses lithium battery as encoder data backup battery. When the
battery power drops beyond a certain limit, data cannot be saved properly.

Battery pack material No.: 10900023574, select this material number when it needs to
replace a battery.
The battery pack can be replaced as follows:
1.
Remove the left side
cover of the robot base and remove the battery pack.
2.
Connect the plug of the
new battery pack with the battery connector of the encoder and fix the battery pack.
3.
After installation,
follow the steps to fix the back cover of the base.
After ensuring that all safety conditions are met, perform the home position re-recording of
