3.5.2 Main power switch
As shown in Fig. 3-21, the main power switch turns on or off the power supply voltage of the
control unit. The switch is in OFF state, and after clockwise rotation, the switch will be in ON
state.
Note:
1) Please wait at least 30 seconds before powering on again.
2) When operating inside the control cabinet, turn the main power switch to OFF and cut off
the main power supply, as the built-in capacitor in the control cabinet will store energy.
3.5.3 Emergency stop button
As shown in Fig. 3-20, the function of the emergency stop button is to cut off the power
supply of the robot motor and make the robot stop moving immediately. Turn this button
clockwise to release the emergency stop button.
Note: If any abnormality is found, please press the emergency stop button immediately.
3.5.4 Servo confirmation button
This is the confirmation button before automatic operation. When the mode selector switch of
the teach pendant is switched to automatic mode before automatic operation, this button must be
triggered on the control cabinet to confirm the action before the robot can be enabled to operate
automatically. Otherwise, the robot cannot enter the automatic operation state and cannot be
enabled to operate.
3.5.5 Hot swap button
Definition of hot swap function of teaching pendant: it refers to that when the robot inserts or
pulls out the teaching pendant during operation, the robot will continue its previous operating state
without generating an alarm.
Purpose of hot swap function of teaching pendant: The robot operates in automatic mode and
can remove the teaching pendant to operate other robots.
