an emergency or abnormal state, the brake unit is still effective.
Attention
If the robot control cabinet has no power, the brake release button at the
control cabinet cannot be used. It needs to be connected to an external 24V power
supply for power supply, and the external power supply interface is X2.
Releasing the robot motor holding brake may cause personal injury and
property damage. Do this only when it is urgent and necessary, and it requires
special care.

Danger
When the robot motor brake is released, the robot axis may move very fast, and
sometimes it is unpredictable how it will move! Therefore, reconsider before releasing
the motor holding brake:

How will the robotic arm move?

What is the impact on the robot workspace?

It must be ensured that no one is near or below the robot arm.

If necessary, use cranes, forklifts, or similar equipment to protect the robot arms.

The brake release unit is a single-axis release method, one button corresponds to
one axis, and the button of which axis needs to be released is pressed continuously.
When the button is pressed and the brake is opened, the axis is free and can be
pushed artificially.

Attention
When not using the brake release function, disconnect the brake release unit cable to
avoid dangerous situations such as dropping the robot arm due to human error.
3.8 Teaching Pendant Hot-Swap Unit
The hot-swap function of the teaching pendant means that the robot is inserted or unplugged
during the operation to show that the teaching device robot is still in the previous running state
and no alarm will be generated.
Purpose: When the robot is running normally, the teaching pendant can be unplugged to
operate another robot.
