10. When cleaning industrial robots, you must abide by the rules of work hygiene.
11. Please refer to the attached descriptions of third-party components (such as a
component manual, etc.).
12. When carrying out maintenance and repair work, keep the working area
clean and tidy.
13. Restart the industrial robot after maintenance or overhaul, make sure that all
protective devices and safety devices are placed in proper positions, and remove
any working tools.
14. When disposing of waste manufacturing and parts, be responsible for
environmental protection: do not litter!
15. Replace worn or obsolete components with equivalent new components.
16. Once you have completed the repair work, it is recommended that you
carefully check the correctness of all the components you modified.

1. Do not do any work other than those described in this article. When your
planned work or modified work is not within the scope of the above content,
please seek the assistance of an EFORT engineer
2. Unauthorized or unqualified personnel are not allowed to carry out
maintenance work.
3. Temporary repair work with the help of joints or conveyor belts is not allowed.
4. If the equipment has become aging or malfunctioning for some reason, do not
use an open flame, hot air or other tools to heat the affected part.
4.3 Maintenance Plans
The robot must be regularly maintained to ensure its proper functioning. The maintenance
activities and time intervals are specified in the table below. Unpredictable conditions can also
lead to inspections of the robot. Any damage must be noticed in time!
