Setting the video clip retrigger point
Press the same white key again to start the same video clip from its beginning (or in point) again. This
is called retriggering. At this time, you can set the point at which the replay starts (retrigger point).
1.
Press a white key for more than 1 second.
2.
While watching the video, release the key at the point where you wish to set the retrigger
point.
3.
Press the same key before the video playback finishes, or before the next video begins, to
restart the video from the retrigger point.
When the video clip playback finishes, or when the next video clip starts, the retrigger point is deleted.
After setting the retrigger point, you can press the same key for more than 1 second to set a different
retrigger point.
If a dissolve time is set, the dissolving may begin at the retrigger point for an undesired effect.
About the System Exclusive Message
The Presenter can receive System Exclusive Message from other MIDI devices. You can set the Device
ID from which to receive the messages. When controlling your DV-7PR from another DV-7PR, set the
Device ID at the “DV-7PR Control” of the MIDI Preferences of the sender to correspond with the
receiver.
Perform the MIDI preference settings.
These settings are retained independent of the project.
1.
At the Play Mode or Edit Mode screen, click the [MIDI Preferences] button.
2.
Set the Device ID of this unit to prepare for receiving the System Exclusive Message.

Click the [Done] button.
