Modified setting Description
TIME TABLE
Moving start time of subsequent step
shortens/lengthens the time of
running step. This motion does not change final value of gradient
concentration of running step.
Flowrate modification
does not influence the speed of gradient
concentration change.
Modification of gradient concentration
is done by concentration change
of each valve in subsequent step.
FLOW
CONTROL
After adjustment from
ENABLE
to
DISABLE
, the program keeps flowrate
value before this change and in
TIME TABLE
displays in column
Flow
- -
.
VALVE USED
Removing and adding valves is possible. % of valve concentration should
be always set to total sum of 100%. After leaving the menu item, check the
TIME TABLE
. When modifying this item uncoordinatedly, it may happen
that in
TIME TABLE
is set 100% for one valve and 0% for other valves in all
