6.7.1.5. O-ring in Degassing/Purging Valve
Disconnect the unit from power
source!!!
Unscrew two screws using
screwdriver TX20 from unit
accessories.
Take out the degassing/purging
valve. Under head, there is white
or transparent seal.
Unscrew needle, taka out metal
ring a O-ring.
Take in new O-ring.
After replacement of O-ring, steps for mounting are the same as for dismounting, only in
reverse order.
Caution:
Needle is screwed into head of degassing/purging valve so that it does not
go out and then screw head of valve with needle onto compensating block.
6.7.2. Calibrations
In these parts of menu is calibrated pressure sensor, flowrate and gradient. For user is
available only automatical calibration of pressure sensor zero

6.7.2.1. Pressure Sensor
In this menu item is calibrated zero of pressure sensor. For user is available only item
OFFSET AUTO
, where is pressure sensor zero set automatically. Calibration is proceeded on
stopped pump
. At first loosen purge/degassing valve and then press ENTER for proceeding
automatical calibration.
Caution:
When correcting offset often, contact service.
6.7.2.2. Flow
In this menu item is calibrated mobile phase flowrate. For user is available only automatical
flowrate calibration
