WHAT AND HOW TO CHECK
REMEDIAL ACTION
3-6.
(1)
Check EM STOP switch of Z-axis.
The procedure is the same as in 3-1. (Terminal to be
checked is ZU.)
P.C. Boards: PB6
(EAUA--087703)
PB8
(EAUA--087900)
PB11 (EAUA--023600)
3-6.

(2)
Check the operation after replacing PB6 (EAUA--
087703) with a spare P.C. board.
(2)
If there is no change, check other parts. If it operates
correctly, the board is defective.
(3)
Check the cable connecting CJ2 (PB6) and Inverter

(3)
If the cable is broken, repair it.
(4)
If no fault is found in items (2) and (3) the inverter

(3)
If the valve sounds, both cable and valve are normal,
and therefore check air or other points. If the valve
