ERROR IN ALIGNMENT LIMIT
This error is activated when the table moves to either the X- or the Y-axis end limit
during alignment. In such a case FULL AUTO MODE will be suspended, so it is
necessary to check the conditions of the alignment and press FULL AUTO once
again.
ERROR WITH X-AXIS IN CUTTING
This error is activated when the table reaches either X-axis end sensor during fully
automatic cutting. Some common causes include slackness of the drive belt, or
problems with the torque in either left or right drive, check for X-axis mechanical
faults.
ERROR WITH Y-AXIS IN CUTTING
This error is activated when the table reaches an Y-axis end sensor during fully
automatic cutting. Check for Y-axis mechanical faults.
ERROR WITH Z-AXIS IN CUTTING
This error is activated when the Z-axis reaches either of its end sensors during fully
automatic cutting. Check for Z-axis mechanical faults.
θ
-AXIS LIMIT ERROR DURING CUTTING
This error occurs when the
θ
-axis CW or CCW limit is detected during cutting
operations.
θ
-AXIS LIMIT ERROR
This error occurs when the
θ
-axis CW or CCW limit is detected during the
θ
-axis
driving operation.
ZERO POINT DETECTION ERROR
This error occurs when the
θ
-axis zero point sensor cannot detect the zero point.
SET-UP ERROR
This error occurs when the spindle axis is in improper contact with the machine body.
Check the carbon brushes.
θ
-AXIS LIMIT DETECTION ERROR
This error occurs when the
θ
-axis CW or CCW limit sensor cannot detect the limit.
After returning the
θ
-axis to the zero point by pressing
θ
-ZERO POINT SW, check
the limit sensor.
