The Types of Error Code and Their Meanings:
As stated above, the error codes are divided into 3 types:
A: Incorrect panel operation sequence;
B: Operation of suspended key; and C: Mechanical failure during
operation. Within each type, error codes 001-999 indicate the source of the errors.

A-type Errors (panel operation sequence error)

ATTEMPT TO INPUT DATA WITH DIFFERENT UNITS FROM SELECTED UNITS
(INCH/MM)
(1) With INCH/MM panel key, change the selected units to those of data to be input,
or
(2) Press C panel key, clear data, and re-enter in units displayed.
SET-UP KEY PRESSED, BUT INOPERATIVE
Either table vacuum or spindle air is not begin correctly supplied so SET-UP cannot
be performed.
Press VACUUM and/or SPINDLE keys, make sure both are working properly, and
press SET-UP key once again.
SEMI-AUTO KEY PRESSED, BUT INOPERATIVE
One or more of the 3 operations below has not been completed, preventing semi-auto
operation. Make certain they have been completed, then press SEMI-AUTO key
again.
(1) Set-up completed (SET-UP
LED is on)
(2) Vacuum is operating (VACUUM
LED is on)
(3) Spindle is operating (SPINDLE
LED is on)
SEMI AUTO CUT KEY PRESSED, BUT INOPERATIVE
VACUUM or SPINDLE are not on or operating, preventing the start of Semi-auto-
matic CUT operation.
Press VACUUM and/or SPINDLE panel keys, and after both are operating, press
or

FULL AUTO KEY PRESSED, INOPERATIVE
SET-UP has not been completed, or else spindle is not operating, preventing FULL
AUTO operation.
Press SET-UP and/or SPINDLE keys, and after both are ready, press FULL AUTO
key again.
