The diagram above shows the block diagram representing the resources available on a board 
installed with two LX110 or LX220 FPGAs. One-third of each daughter card’s pins become 
unusable, and the amount of interconnect between FPGA A and B is reduced from 696 signals 
to 378 signals. 

The Ethernet, PCI and DIMMs are not affected by FPGA selection. Also, you should analyze 
your design to determine if the internal resources available in the LX110 and LX220 are 
sufficient to meet your needs. The FPGA selection guide from Xilinx is printed below.
