internal wiring
Diagnostic
This diagnostic is only possi-
ble with a connection be-
tween PC and SafeLine via
the COM PORT interface.
Activated by pushbutton.
Active virtual connections are
shown in RED, inactive con-
nections are shown in BLUE.
Wiring errors can be detected
this way.
The programmed and actual
frequency values of the moni-
tored motions will be
displayed.
The adjusted (Soll) and ac-
tual (Ist) frequencies of the
motion control module will be
displayed.
Error diagnostic
The left picture shows an
example of the error table. If
no errors are present, all
indicators are blue. Errors
are indicated by a red
square.
The error table can by se-
lected with the red pushbut-
ton during the operation.
After Power OFF/ ON the last
saved error table may be
loaded using the blue
pushbutton.
