ther opening (OPEN) or short circuiting (SHORT) the pin number
15 (GND) of the external control connector (EXT. I/O) with the
various pins listed in the table below.

tor, short circuit pin number 14 (EXT CTL ON/OFF) and pin number 15 (GND), and
operate according to the above table with the external control (EXT CTL) set to ON.
