Open the Macintosh.

Put on the anti-static wrist strap.
3. Locate the cache slot and remove any exist­
ing cards.
4. With the com ponent side of the Turbo 040
facing the power supply, align the board’ s
connector over the 120 pin cache slot on the
motherboard. Gently push the card dow n
until it is fully seated.
