Begin the
installation
remove screw
from back of
case
power switch
depress latches
and lift
top corners

Press the power switch
on the right rear
of the Mac three times to drain the power.
6.
Place the Macintosh II
on an unobstructed
flat work area with the front of the
Macintosh facing you.
1. Using a small Phillips screwdriver, remove
the single screw in the rear of your Mac.

Firmly depress the tw o latches on both
sides of the back cover w hile lifting the
cover from the Macintosh. Note: This proce­
dure is detailed in the Apple M acintosh II
