DayStar Digital, Inc. warrants that it will repair
or replace, at its option, any defective products
properly returned to our factory at no addi­
tional charge for a period of THREE (3) FULL
YEARS from the date the product is purchased
by the original end user.
This warranty does not apply if the hardware
product has been dam aged by accident, m is­
used, or abused installed with non-compatible
products, or has been m odified in any way, or
if the serial num ber has been rem oved or
defaced. This warranty does not apply to dam ­
age or failure of the host com puter power sup­
ply, analog and/or CPU logic board or any
other add-in boards. This warranty is extended
only to original end users.
THE GUARANTEE, WARRANTY AND REMEDIES
SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF
ALL OTHERS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED. DAYSTAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SPE­
CIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR
UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL,
DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND
PROPERTY AND ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PRO­
GRAMMING OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR
DATA STORED OR USED WITH DAYSTAR PRODUCTS.

MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ENCLOSED COMPUTER
SOFTWARE PACKAGE, ITS MERCHANTABILITY OR ITS
FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE
EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES IS NOT PER­
MITTED BY SOME STATES. THE ABOVE EXCLUSION
MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY PRO­
VIDES YOU WITH SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. THERE
MAY BE OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU MAY HAVE
WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.”
