If you experience any of the above, remove the
power cord from the back of the Mac. Then, do
the following:
1. Review the instructions and verify proper
installation. Then,

Check that the Turbo 040 is firm ly seated
in the accelerator slot.
2. Plug the power cord into the back of the
M acintosh and restart as before.
If the startup process continues to fail, the
board may have been dam aged during installa
tion or shipment. Contact your com puter deal
