Line Profile
Line Profile function is used to measure the distance between two points by placing the
two points based on the brightness distribution map shown when a random line is drawn
in the image screen of electron microscope.
If the values of Focus state, Brightness, Contrast, and Gamma are not set appropriately,
they can show distorted information. Be sure to acquire clear images to obtain exact
information.
Line Profile function is used to obtain information in real time. It is recommended to
use Observation Mode(RED, FAST, SLOW) that can acquire real-time image information.
Micro Wave
It observes the distribution of brightness of images being scanned now in the waveform.
- Upper Limit: It specifies the maximum Line position.
- Under Limit: It specifies the minimum Line position.
